This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) is published in accordance with Rule 5 of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of JSR Wayfinder Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand name “5S” (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By booking any Delivery Request through our website www.5sindia.in or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to this Policy.
1. SERVICE COVERAGE
- Our delivery services are available within the city limits of Jaipur, Rajasthan and other serviceable areas as may be updated on the Platform.
- We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain zones/locations due to safety, legal, or operational restrictions.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Standard Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery depending on location and Courier availability.
- Express Delivery: Delivery within a few hours, subject to distance, traffic, and package size.
- Scheduled Delivery: Clients may book deliveries in advance for a specified date and time.
⏱ Timelines are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, Courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
3. PICKUP & DELIVERY PROCESS
- The Courier shall pick up the Goods from the address provided by the Client and deliver to the recipient’s address as entered on the Platform.
- Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring Goods are properly packed and labeled.
- Providing accurate and complete delivery details.
- Ensuring the recipient is available to receive the Goods.
- Ensuring the recipients contact details valid and correct for OTP validation (if applicable)
- Ensure about Eway bill if applicable then required to generate and update in application.
4. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- One delivery attempt will be made at the recipient’s address.
- If the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the Goods:
- The Courier may contact the Client for further instructions.
- Additional delivery or return attempts may attract extra charges.
- If unclaimed within a reasonable time, the Goods may be returned to the Client at their cost.
5. DELIVERY CHARGES
- Charges are calculated based on distance, weight, size, and service type (Standard/Express/Scheduled).
- Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at the time of booking and may increased in case of delay caused by the client.
- Taxes and surcharges (if any) shall be levied as per prevailing laws.
6. RESTRICTED & PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Delivery of certain items such as illegal goods, flammable materials, narcotics, currency, valuables, or items prohibited by law is strictly not allowed.
- A detailed list is provided in Schedule I of our Terms & Conditions.
- If prohibited items are found, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Delivery Request and report the matter to authorities.
7. LIABILITY & RISK
- Goods are carried at the Client’s risk unless insurance coverage is separately availed.
- The Company shall not be liable for:
- Damage due to improper packaging,
- Delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability,
- Loss arising from Force Majeure events.
- For insured deliveries, claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
8. PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD)
- Successful deliveries will be confirmed through:
- Digital signature, OTP verification, or photograph (where applicable).
- POD will be updated on the Platform and may also be sent via email/SMS to the Client.
9. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD services may be offered for eligible Clients.
- The Company shall remit COD collections as per the COD Settlement Policy communicated separately.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that recipients are aware of COD amounts payable.

11. AMENDMENTS
We may revise this Policy periodically. Updated versions will be published on www.5sindia.in. Continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
